Created through Him for Him

[15] Christ is the visible likeness of the invisible God. He is the first-born Son, superior to all created things. [16] For through Him God created everything in heaven and on earth, the seen and the unseen things, including spiritual powers, lords, rulers, and authorities. God created the whole universe through Him and for Him. [17] Christ existed before all things, and in union with Him all things have their proper place. -Colossians 1:15-17 (GNT‬)

Heavenly Father, may Your Eternal Name be glorified forever. Thank you Lord for Your grace and mercy. Thank you for all of creation, including me. All things are created for Your glory. Thank you that Jesus Christ is at the beginning, centre and end of it all. Thank you that everything that is on earth and in heaven has its proper place and purpose. Reveal to me my proper place and purpose Lord. So that I may eternally serve You in Spirit and in Truth. All for the advancement of Your Kingdom. In Jesus’ Mighty Name. Amen

#Crowned

We cannot see God. But Jesus Christ shows us completely who God is. Even before God made anything, Jesus was already there as God’s greatest Son who rules everything. When God made everything, it was His Son who did it. He made everything that is on earth and in heaven. He made everything that we can see, as well as the things that we cannot see. He made rulers and leaders. He made everything that has power and authority. God gave His Son the authority to make everything, so that His Son would receive praise. God’s Son was there before anything else was there. And now He causes everything to continue in its proper place. The church is like Christ’s body and He is its head. He is where it all begins. As God’s special Son, He was the first person who became alive again after death. As a result, Christ is first and most important in all things. God chose to put His nature in Christ completely. He decided that Christ would die on the cross as a sacrifice. In that way, God would bring all things back to Himself. Then everything could live in peace with God. That includes everything on the earth and everything in heaven. -Colossians 1:15‭-‬20 (EASY)

Heavenly Father, worthy You are of all praise. Thank you Lord for another day filled with fresh mercies. Thank you for Your grace which remains sufficient. Forgive me for all of the wrong things that I have said, done and thought; knowingly and unknowingly Lord. Wash me clean with the Blood of Jesus from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet. Lord Jesus be the Lord and Saviour of my life. Rule and reign in every area of my life. Thank you that You are the Creator of all things. That You were there at the very beginning and You will remain eternally. Take Your rightful position Lord and may Your will be done in my life and on earth as it is in heaven. Now and Forevermore. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
